From the south east, take the M4 as far is it goes and then the A48 to Carmarthen, the A40 to Haverfordwest and the B4327 (dale road) to Dale. Dale has a one-way system. Keeping the sea on your left, go down past the pub, and follow the signs to the fort (field studies centre) up to the left rather than going back around the village. The drive to Point Farm is about 400 metres up this road on your right hand side (point “a” on the map).
